I found this on some engineering subreddit and the links are legit. Got some textbooks from this semester and older ones to test the site.

A Panamanian run site (defaults to Spanish). A little more clicking involved, but after you register with your social media flavor of choice (needs access to email btw), and skip the ad, and wait 10 seconds, your download should start. There may be a recaptcha in there somewhere too.

Koofers (Though I've never found anything there)
